Patch 1.3 — Raising the Stakes

July 31, 2026 The Loot Lounge
Patch 1.3 — Raising the Stakes

The house has been busy. This is our biggest content drop yet: custom wave-defense contracts, a fully stocked Vault, handy new commands, a livelier world to survive in, a wave of fixes, and a first look at what is coming next. Here is everything new since the 3.1 Update.

Horde Contracts

Take a contract from any trader and earn your rewards the hard way. Travel to the marked location, plant the rally flag, and hold against escalating waves of the Lounge's own crew — Busted Gamblers, Card Sharks, Bouncers, Loan Sharks — before a Pit Lord boss arrives to close the job. Survive it all and the House pays out.

  • Five tiers, from the Warm-Up Round to All In, each one tougher and richer than the last.
  • Custom enemies and controlled loot — no filler. Everything you earn comes from the boss bag and the payout drop.
  • Repeatable and party-friendly — run them solo or bring your crew.

Check the trader quest boards. The House is hiring.

New Player Commands

A set of self-service commands to get you out of a jam, no admin needed:

  • /fetch — recalls your owned vehicles and drones to you from anywhere on the map, even from far-off unloaded areas, and drops them safely in front of you. A short cooldown keeps it fair.
  • /bag — teleports you to your most recent death backpack so a bad run does not cost you everything. One use per death.
  • /wipeme — wipes your character's inventory for a clean fresh start. Asks for confirmation first, so there are no accidents.
  • /resetdrone — frees a stuck or lost drone. Confirmation required.

The World Feels Alive Again

The wasteland had gotten quiet. Not anymore.

  • More zombies, everywhere. Ambient density has been raised across every biome. The roads between towns are no longer empty walks — expect company.
  • The forest bites back. The starter forest was far too sparse. It now carries real pressure while staying beginner-fair, so the early game has stakes again.
  • Bigger wandering hordes. Roaming packs hit harder in numbers.

The Vault Is Open for Business

An enormous new catalog has arrived in the Vault, all in Lounge gold and all exclusive to the store:

  • Effect Ammo — Hellfire (burn), Livewire (shock), Venom (bleed), Frostbite (slow), and High-Roller (dismember) rounds in every caliber. Same damage as a standard round; the effect is the upgrade.
  • Casino Chips and House Drinks — quick, affordable buffs for run speed, stamina, carry, XP, and more.
  • Gold Weapons — signature gold guns and melee, plus true Legendaries like Duke's Own Tesla, Dragon's Breath, and The Jackpot.
  • Armor and Sets — gold armor plus three complete armor sets, each with a powerful bonus when the full set is worn: the High Roller's Ensemble, the Pit Fighter's Rig, and the Card Counter's Suit.
  • Weapon, Armor, and Tool Mods — gilded fittings for durability, recoil, stealth, carry, and more.
  • Gold Trade Tools — the full tool line, faster and tougher, for the players who build and grind.
  • TLL Alloy — a premium building material above steel, in three finishes, for bases that survive the night and turn heads doing it.
  • Comfort and Decor — luxury beds that set your spawn and grant a rested bonus, plus gold trophies, traps, signage, and ready-to-place base kits.
  • Seasonal Collection — limited-time cosmetics that rotate with the season. When they are gone, they are gone.

Prices span impulse-buy chips to top-shelf legendaries. Browse the new categories in the store.

Fixes and Improvements

  • VIP Concierge stays longer. The Concierge now remains for a full 15 minutes per call, with a cooldown so summons stay orderly.
  • Snow biome rebalanced. Snow was overrun with wildlife and short on threats. Predators have been trimmed and the undead turned up, so it reads as dangerous again.
  • Rare-drop tuning. The rarest world drops were appearing a little too often in certain containers. They are back to genuinely rare, as intended.
  • Contract and boss reliability. Contract and boss spawns have been hardened across every biome, so wave and boss objectives complete correctly wherever you take them.
  • Server stability and crash recovery. Ongoing optimization to the server's memory and pathfinding keeps things running smoother through the heaviest moments — blood moons and large hordes included. The server also now detects and recovers from rare hangs faster, with better diagnostics so we can chase down root causes when they appear.

On the Horizon

We are not done. Coming soon:

  • The Pit — a single high-risk, high-reward PvP town. Everyone inside is fair game, the deadliest bosses roam it, and the loot is the best on the server. Outside its borders, the world stays strictly PvE. Full details before it opens.
  • Live Events — scheduled server-wide events like Double XP weekends, loot surges, and themed nights, announced in advance.
