The Server runs community-created modifications ("mods"). Mods are the intellectual property of their respective authors and are used in accordance with their licenses and distribution terms. We do not sell mods or charge for access to any mod's functionality. If you are a mod author and have a concern about a mod used on this Server, contact us and we will address it promptly.

Revenue from VIP memberships and store purchases made through this Site funds the community's operating costs — server hosting, infrastructure, tooling, and development of the community's own software and services. All purchases are defined digital products described on their store pages (see Terms of Service §5).

Everything on this Site and Server is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Game worlds may be wiped, features may change, and the Server may go offline temporarily or permanently. Play (and buy) with that understanding.
