Terms of Service

TheLootLounge.com (the "Site") and The Loot Lounge game server (the "Server") are operated by iPixel Media LLC ("we," "us," "our"). The Loot Lounge is a fan-run gaming community for the game 7 Days to Die. We are not a game publisher or retailer. By using the Site or playing on the Server, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Server.

7 Days to Die is developed and published by The Fun Pimps Entertainment LLC. The Loot Lounge is an independent fan community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to The Fun Pimps Entertainment LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All game titles, trademarks, artwork, and game assets are the property of their respective owners. Third-party modifications ("mods") running on the Server are the work of their respective authors and are used under their applicable licenses.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through the Site, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. 7 Days to Die is rated M (Mature 17+); by playing on the Server you represent that you meet the age requirements applicable to the game in your region.

Some features require linking your Steam account or providing your SteamID64 and an email address. You are responsible for all activity on your linked accounts. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that are used to violate these Terms.

This section matters. Read it.

5.1 What we sell. The Site sells clearly defined digital products for use on the Server: VIP memberships (monthly subscriptions whose perks are listed on the VIP page) and in-game items and services redeemable with TLL Coins through the Vault. Every product's contents are described on its store page before purchase. Purchases are optional and are never required to play on the Server.

5.2 Delivery. Purchased items and services are delivered digitally to the game character linked to your account, normally within minutes. Delivery requirements (such as a linked Steam account or being online in game) are stated on the relevant product page. If a delivery fails for a technical reason on our side, the associated coins are automatically reversed (see our Refund Policy).

5.3 TLL Coins. "TLL Coins" are a virtual currency usable only within The Loot Lounge community. TLL Coins: (a) have no cash value; (b) are not redeemable for money or anything of monetary value outside the community; (c) are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged between users or third parties; (d) may be granted, adjusted, expired, or removed by us for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations; and (e) represent a limited license, not property. Any balance shown on the Site is not a stored-value account, deposit, or wallet.

5.4 License, not ownership. Any in-game perk, item, title, vehicle, effect, or benefit associated with your account is part of the Server's game world and is licensed to you, for use on the Server only, on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. You do not own it, and it has no value outside the Server.

5.5 Things change. The Server is a living game world. Perks and purchased benefits may be modified, rebalanced, renamed, replaced, or removed as the game, its mods, or the community evolves. Server wipes (full or partial resets of the game world) occur periodically, and game updates or mod changes may alter or remove in-game benefits. Except where our Refund Policy says otherwise, no compensation is owed for changes, wipes, downtime, data loss, or the eventual closure of the Server.

You agree not to: cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized software or duplication techniques; harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff; impersonate staff; attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Server, the Site, or their infrastructure; use the Site or Server for any unlawful purpose; or circumvent bans or restrictions. We may define additional rules in game, on the Site, or on our Discord, and they form part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, suspend, or permanently ban any player, and to remove or restrict any account, at our sole discretion, to protect the community. A player who is banned or suspended for violating these Terms forfeits all perks, TLL Coins, VIP benefits, and other rewards without compensation or refund.

The Site and Server are provided as a hobbyist community service. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, performance, data persistence, or continued operation. We may suspend or discontinue the Site or Server, in whole or in part, at any time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details. Recurring VIP memberships renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and your benefits continue through the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Chargebacks: initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of rewards while the dispute is investigated. We will always try to resolve genuine billing problems — open a support ticket first.

Content you submit (posts, messages, custom title requests, ticket text) must be lawful and comply with Section 6. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate that content in connection with operating the community. We may remove any user content at our discretion. Custom titles and names are subject to review and may be rejected or revoked.

The Site's original content (text, layout, branding, and code we authored) is our property. Everything relating to 7 Days to Die remains the property of The Fun Pimps Entertainment LLC. Mods remain the property of their authors. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact us via a support ticket (Section 16) and we will review it promptly.

THE SITE, THE SERVER, AND ALL PERKS AND REWARDS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVER WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF DATA LOSS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (INCLUDING OUR OPERATORS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, AND MODERATORS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVER IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD $50 OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your user content, or your misuse of the Site or Server.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date will change and continued use of the Site or Server after an update constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
