Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. What We Collect
- Account information: email address, display name, and SteamID64 / linked Steam account identifiers.
- Community activity: in-game statistics reported by the Server (e.g., kills, deaths, playtime, achievements), forum/site activity, and support ticket contents.
- Purchase records: purchase history, TLL Coin ledger entries, item deliveries, and VIP membership status. We do not store full payment card numbers — payments are handled by our third-party payment processor.
- Technical basics: standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and site operation.
2. How We Use It
To operate the community: delivering purchased items and services in game, maintaining leaderboards and achievements, running VIP benefits, responding to support tickets, preventing fraud/abuse (including enforcing bans and investigating chargebacks), and sending service messages about your account or purchases. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
3. What We Share
- Payment processors — to process purchases and refunds.
- Service providers — the platform hosting this Site and our infrastructure providers, solely to operate the service.
- In-game/public display — player names, titles, achievements, statistics, and leaderboard positions are visible to the community by the nature of the service. Purchase amounts are not published; VIP status (e.g., VIP badges/titles) is visible in game and on the Site.
- Legal — if required by law or to protect the community from fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention
We keep account and ledger records while your account is active and as needed for legitimate purposes (fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution). You may request deletion of your account data (Section 6); we may retain minimal records required for financial recordkeeping and ban enforcement.
5. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 7 Days to Die is rated M (Mature 17+). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your Choices
You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by opening a support ticket. You can cancel VIP memberships at any time from your profile.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical measures (access controls, authenticated APIs, least-privilege admin tooling) to protect data. No internet service is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Questions: open a support ticket.
